A New Online Home for the American Solidarity Party
The American Solidarity Party has just launched a new community discussion board and online home open for all members.
The new ASP Community brings everything together in one place, making it easier to stay informed, connect with fellow members, and get involved. It replaces several tools used in the past, including the Pelican Forum. Internal communication happens in the ASP Community from now on.
The ASP Community maintains old features from past tools, while also filling gaps and combining platforms. The Community provides a hub for communication within party chapters and the national party, polls of ASP members, and member discussion. Unlike older platforms, it adds a more personal touch, with new profiles that allow connections between members and party leadership.
The Community is now the American Solidarity Party information hub: it acts as a three-in-one calendar, donation box, and document hub. Campaign teams, communications teams – including blog writing volunteers, and project teams now convene on the ASP Community for clearer and easier communication streams.
So how do you get plugged in?
The ASP Community can be accessed online on the website or through a new app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
To get started, follow three short steps.
Log in to the ASP Community. The email address you received this email at is your login.
Update your profile so that your contact information is correct.
Visit your state chapter's page and say hello in the discussion forum.
Guidance is available through our short how-to videos, browsing helpful documentation from the Orgo platform (on which this new ASP Community is built), or by posting a question in the discussion forum.
With many new members and a season of growth, a new online home for the ASP has been long in the making. We welcome you to a new chapter for the American Solidarity Party, and we're excited to see how the ASP Community helps us grow together.
