Alaska
Alaska has achieved ballot access and has submitted paperwork to achieve official party status. Sean Murphee seanlmurphee@gmail.com is coordinator for locals who want to build up the state infrastructure, new volunteers have stepped up to help.
Arkansas
The NWA March for life will take place on the 13th of September at 2 p.m. The march begins at St. Gabriel’s Anglican Church at 1803 W Emma Ave., Springdale, AR 72762.

California
We made the big decision to become an independent state party. This change will give us more control over our future, though with added responsibility. We are reviewing endorsements of additional candidates.

Cascadia
The Cascadia chapter has held new elections and is welcoming a new slate of officers to rebuild our region in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, and are planning action on ballot measures, data centers, and candidate endorsement. Colorado
Our next state meeting is September 19. Our state IT expert has volunteered to help other state chapters looking to kickstart their own websites.

Connecticut
ASP CT meets online on the next to last Thursday of the month. All voting members should receive notices. If you are not or are new and wish to attend, contact info@aspconnecticut.org. Hope to see you there. Thank you for all that you do.
Florida
Joseph Thornton has officially qualified to be on the ballot for State Senate District 6 and will be holding virtual opportunities to connect. We will be holding an in-person meeting in Tampa, Saturday, September 12.

Illinois
We held our state convention and the state committee has endorsed Mike Vick for Governor and Gary Pierce for Lieutenant Governor. Anyone interested in getting more involved should contact us at our new email address: illinois@solidarity-party.org.
Indiana
Save the Date: Early April 2027
Our state committee is in the process of planning our first ever Indiana State Convention in South Bend for early April of 2027. We are also considering opening the event to our midwest region neighbors. For more information, or if you would like to assist with planning, shoot us an email.

Kentucky
Kentucky would like to announce Ary Hollifield, who has helped bring in new member interest, named as a Coordinator for the west of the state. We continue to hold virtual meetings the final Thursday of the month.
Louisiana

Maryland & DC
We attended an anti-nuclear rally last month. This month we coordinated with the And Campaign for an event and began signature collection for 2028 ballot access. Contact Dane.garrett@solidarity-party.org to coordinate.
Massachusetts
We are looking to make a presence at the National Day of Remembrance September 12. We have appointed our first media coordinator and a legislative watchdog. We will hold our next meeting September 28. Email Lauren Onak for more information: lauren.ltg@gmail.com.
Mississippi
We are pleased to welcome new coordinators to organize the chapter. Dalton Knight (daltonknight236@gmail.com) and Blinn Sheffield (perdida94@hotmail.com). We are now working with the Louisiana chapter to strengthen our efforts. Look for a meeting opportunity in Jackson the weekend of October 17-19.
Michigan
Working on a voter guide for the fall election and plans for additional fall get togethers in Jackson and Grand Rapids under development.

New York
New York has begun an organizing committee and hosted its first virtual meeting to begin the work. Contact Harry.dagostino@gmail.com to get involved, or if you want to meet in New York City, Albany, Ithaca, Syracuse, Buffalo, or Rochester this fall.
North Carolina
Members spoke out in Graham, Asheville, Fayetteville, and Chapel Hill against the so-called “Carolina Principles” of unrestricted usage of our public resources to advance AI proposed by tech oligarchs descending on our state for the G20 conference this past month.
Members in Wilmington had a successful meeting and a local coordinator has been identified.
Next Charlotte meetup will be in Sunday, September 20. A family gathering!
Next Durham meetup will be Monday, October 5.
Piedmont Triad has a new college chapter in Greensboro. A meeting will be held in late October, TBD.
Meeting in Asheville to be held in November.
The state chapter is now represented for the first time on the state's Right to Life planning board. We welcome members input.

The Texas chapter is looking for campaign volunteers and donors to offset the 4k filing fee for Mike Miller for governor. We are also looking at possible additional endorsements.
