(May 5, 2026 –Washington, DC) The American Solidarity Party welcomed new Communications Director Party Lori Solyom to their rapidly expanding ranks. Solyom will undertake the task of amplifying the voice of the growing political movement and increasing its footprint in the public square. National Committee Chair Jack Ternan announced the party’s newest team member.
“Were glad to have Lori working with us,” remarked Ternan. “In addition to implementing communications strategy across the party’s multiple communications channels, she’ll be working with our American Solidarity state chapters and candidates.”
Solyom, based in the Chicago area, will draw on her experience in media, politics, and the nonprofit realm, to coordinate the National Committee’s messaging and seek to broaden the party’s reach. Working with a geographically diverse team of specialists, Solyom seeks to channel and unify the energy of American Solidarity Party supporters across the nation as they proclaim the party’s platform in the face of massive political discontent.
“I’m excited to come on board with the American Solidarity Party,” shared Solyom. “I believe that America’s traditional two-party system is not providing the solutions that many voters are desperately seeking. As we celebrate our country’s 250th year, we reflect on the solidarity expressed in the Declaration of Independence. We must once again rely on the protection of divine providence and pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.” She added, “Our nation has fought too hard to accept the status quo.”
The American Solidarity Party has made waves in the political arena, most recently with Peter Sonski’s 2024 Presidential bid, alongside running mate Lauren Onak. In the 2026 election, the party has put forth California Gubernatorial candidate Duane Loynes and state representative candidate Dr. Joseph Thornton, running in Florida House District 10.
